Cisco Meeting Application (CMA) - Issue on WebRTC welcome page

Hello,

deployment of CMS 2.5.2 for a customer in progress here. The cluster is made up by 2 nodes (say 10.10.10.1 and 10.10.10.2).

 

Below described behaviour was noticed.

Occasionally (roughly 1 time a day) the WebRTC access splash page does not show as expected (i.e. offering "Sign In" and "Join meeting" option buttons).

Authentication prompt ("username@example.com" and "password" blank fields) are instead shown.

 

See attached screenshot.

 

So far I have managed to isolate the fact that this occurs sometimes on node1 (10.10.10.1) and sometimes on node2 (10.10.10.2).

 

Restarting the web bridge ('webbridge restart' on the node's cli) won't fix, while a complete reboot of the node will do - the splash page will appear as expected.

 

Digging in the log I noticed the events 'web bridge link 1: configuration request received' and 'web bridge link 2: configuration request received' which this issue might be related to.

 

Seems like a service or a request at some point hangs.

 

Has anyone experienced this fact?
