Hello,
while working on the deployment of a CMS-Expressway infrastructure for a customer, I am trying to find out whether users will be allowed to use CMA thick client from the Internet.
Had look into the Expressway admin guide (https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/expressway/admin_guide/Cisco-Expressway-Administrator-Guide-X8-11-4.pdf) and noticed - on page 7 - that
Cisco Meeting App can use Expressway-E TURN Server" is marked as "Preview" (instead of "Supported").
Does it mean that as of now CMA over the Internet via Epxressway is not available yet but going to be in the future?
Can anyone provide this response?
Many thanks.

It means it * should * work, but it is not guaranteed, nor is really supported by Cisco. You can give it a try, but if something fails, you cannot open a TAC case for that.
If you want to ask roadmap questions, that is NDA and you would need to engage with your SE for that.
