Hello! I frequently use the flagging feature in spark to keep track of items to follow up on. Occasionally, I delete a message and forget to remove the flag before I delete it. This results in an item in my flag list that says "message was deleted", but I am unable to remove it from my list of flagged items.
Is there a way to remove these?

Michelle,
Are you able to unflag the deleted message like you would a regular message?
Cisco Spark | Flag Important Messages
If that doesn't work, then I recommend you send feedback via the app for more information.
Help Us Improve the Cisco Spark App | Cisco Cloud Collaboration Help Central
I hope this helps.

Hi Kelli, thanks for the reply. I actually figured how how to do this. In the "Flags" list, there is a flag icon next to each message that you can use to manually remove the flag from a deleted message. I had never noticed this before!
Thanks,
Michelle
