Cisco SX10 Video Call Resolution

Anyone know as to why i can't get a Cisco Spark Video call from an SX10 to go higher than 720p resolution?     I can't seem to find a setting within the Cisco Spark Admin portal, or within the Sx10 Room Device itself to modify this.
