The Cisco Unity connection 9.1.2 DRF backup is keep failing after migrated from MCS to UCS server.
I can take all the backup except UnityMbxDB. The size of the backup is 16GB. I can take successful backup before migration. But now its keep failing for UnityMbxDB. I am using Solarwinds sftp tool to run the backup.
I checked the size of the backup server , it has enough disk space , also I don't see any network issue during the backup.
What could be the issue? Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Have you restarted the DRF services on unity connection and tried again.
What size where your backups on the MCS server? If you restart all the DRF services I would attempt an officially support Cisco SFTP server and try again and then try pulling logs.
I never have a problem with free ftpd.

The size of the backup on MCS was 17GB. I can try to restart the DRF services and check the logs. But how the other parameters like ( voicemail greetings, ELM, etc..) are getting backup up successfully?
How do I collect the logs to see the reason for failure?

Make sure traces are turn on and use RTMT
If you can't use RTMT try this.
