Cisco unified Attendant Admin is unable to get licensing from publish

Hello community, 

When I log into my Publisher server's reporting page,  I am seeing this error:

"Attendant Admin is unable to get licensing information from publisher server."

The version of the server is "System Version: 12.0.5.10-13"
