Hello, Most of our users can open self care portal using their LDAP credentials.
All users are member of Standard CCM End users group and Standard CCMuser Administration.
for 2 users, they cant open it. Password reset pop up window come up. Nothing happens even if they typed in the password. The window never dis appear unless we hit the X button.

log the user onto a windows machine, have the user change its password and try logging into the selfcare portal once again/

Hello, i tried logging in user to other windows machine - same
We reset his password and do LDAP sync - same
We are using windows in our organization.
any other suggestions?

The answer is simple.
username is case sensitive on first logon to self care portal. if user sign in for the first time using wrong username/ID, and the authentication is from LDAP, then the user will get password reset prompt. then user needs to clear browser cache and sign back again using the correct username/ID case.
