Cisco Unity Web Inbox page is not opening

Hi

I am trying to open the Cisco Unity Web Inbox and its giving as access to the requested resource has been denied error as attached.

Unity version is 11.5

I tried by clearing the cache and deleting the cookies.

Tried with different browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. In all the browsers we get the same error.

May I know what is the cause?

A 403 error is "Forbidden", meaning the user does not have access. In the user's Class of Service in Unity Connection, is the checkbox for "Allow Users to Use the Web Inbox and RSS Feeds" checked?

Also note that while this is a licensed feature, that license is associated with the user account so if the user is licensed then they can be granted access to the Web Inbox.
