Hi all, the company that worked with us for the installation/setup of our phone system (already 2/3 years), showed us an option to be able to play the voicemail from Outlook either on the phone or from the computer. I thought that was in the ViewMail plugin but either it was remove or it's something else entirely.
Hope one of you can help me with this, as more and more people ask us for headphone/speaker so they can listen to their voicemail.
Thank in advance for the help.

Most likely it was VMO, otherwise, the other alternative would be to use the Web Inbox for that

Thanks for the info, I just realized I was looking at the ViewMail tab of Outlook not the one of message itself....
Thanks again for the help
