Cisco Webex Meeting Server 4 - No audio when sharing screen, application and file

Hello Everyone,

 

We are running Cisco Webex Meeting Server in version 4.

We are having an issue since we have upgraded CWMS to version 4.

 

Our issue is that when one participant is sharing his content (Share screen/application/file) the other participants are not able to hear the audio from the application.

For example a PowerPoint file with audio or even YouTube running a video.

 

Is anyone have an idea of what can solve this issue?
