Cisco WebEx Teams and CUCM integration plus Firewall ports for Expressway C&E

Hi there,

I urgently need some help with Cisco WebEx Teams and CUCM v11.0. I can't find any decent documentation for this integration. I am trying to achieve internal dialling and video calling between CUCM and WebEx Teams. I would also appreciate if you can send me some docs related to Cisco Expressway C & E and related firewall ports.

Hello Experts,
Has anyone worked registering a Webex Teams to a CUCM and using it as a softphone? only the calling part because what is video and messaging if it would go to the webex cloud?

Has anyone done that and can share their experience of us

If you enable hybrid calling for every user then they would have on-prem phone services inside of Webex Teams. All the calls if they need to hit an on-prem resource or PSTN would route through your Expressway edge from a Webex cloud. I don’t believe though you could do a real voicemail integration, they have to manually dial the Unity Auto Attendant or use Exchange integration. So has limitations that make Jabber more desirable in my view at the moment. There is work on a new solution to ensure full feature parity. Hybrid calling is really a temporary solution for this specific use-case until that comes out.
