Cisco Websx (CWMS) after plugin update, still shows the wrong version

Hello,

I just installed the plugin Version 31.23.4.23 but in WebEx Meeting Center is still the Version 31.11.6.9.

Might be I have to deinstall the old version before? But normally it should work without deinstallation, right?

Someone know the issue?

Im using CWMS 2.8 and tried to install a new Plugin. Might be the version 31.23.4.23 is not supported? I also removed the old plugin and reinstalled the new version but without success.

When I have to install the Plugin? After upgrade or is also possible before?
