CMS 3.1 Call issue

Hello Team,

 

We have cluster of 3 CMS and when we start conference then Video endpoints able to see each other but WebRTC user not able to see any video and they are able to see only you are the first participants .

If we check on CMS >> calls then we observe that video phone call is on CMS 1 and WebRTC calls on CMS 2 .

Since we have HA setup then participant can see each other in same space ?

Can anyone help to resolve this issue ?

This is working after correcting priority in outgoing calls.

Hi,

 

If you experience something like this, then it seems, that your cluster / loadbalancing isn't working correctly.

The call bridges seem to have their "own" running conferences.

 

Have you added the correct inbound and outbound rules?

How is your callbridge group configured? Have you assigned it to all of the call bridges?

Hello Winter, 

Is there any reference guide to check or configure Call bridge group .

Can you share any sample inbound or outbound rule for cluster cms our reference .
