CMS Bridge and CMS recording without Call Manager

I would like to know if CMS bridge and CMS Recording can work without call manager.

Yes, callbridge and recorder can work without CUCM

so just lets assume i have 10 Spark Kit series end points and CMS Bridge and CMS recording, all the endpoints and call CMS Bridge using IP and CMS Bridge can call CMS Recording over IP.
