CMS integration with O365 meeting without OBTP

I was wondering if there is a way to make a call from a CMA or Video device behind a CMS to an O365 meeting?

When a O365 customer schedule a regular meeting, they generate a URL and the participants attend this meeting via browser (using the App or not) and optionally they may connect via audio (PSTN using ID), but this O365 meeting do not have a dialable URI for videoconference devices to call.

I saw the documentation regarding the OBTP feature that convert the dialable address into URL to reach this kind of O365 meeting, but I´m searching for an alternative on how to join this O365 meeting from a video device.

Using OBTP with TMS and TMSXE is the only method that I'm aware that you can use to dial into a O365 meeting from a video endpoint.
