I am facing issue with CMS integration with LDAP. I tried from Postman and from the CMS GUI.. it seems that the active directory service account is working, but there is something wrong with filters or the mapping.... any advice would be highly appreciated.LDAP.PNG

Hi,

What all information you POST on CMS, have you used any mapping? moreover i think it could be some typo error.

Please follow :https://kb.acano.com/content/21/275/en/why-does-my-ldap-sync-fail-with-has-blank-mapped-jid-__-abandoning-sync.html

Hi Tgaur

i have accessed these links earlier, but no luck

hi,

the purpose of sending the links was to tell that the issue is with the config you used to integrate the LDAP, please check it. if you think everything is good send the following :

get https://XXX/xx/xx/ldapservers
get https://XXX/xx/xx/ldapmappings
get https://XXX/xx/xx/ldapSources

Tarun

Hi...

Sorry for the late reply... please find the attached screenshots for the ldap config on Postman

Hello,

The filter you have applied in ldapsources is wrong.

It should be the folder path from where you are syncing the users.for example" "memberof=CN=CMS,CN=users,DC=example,DC=com ""

Else mapping looks fine to me.

Thanks
