Compliance logging in Spark Message

Hi,

Question about Spark Message, from an administrator's point of view..

Is it possible to retain all the conversations, file transfers, etc. for all users in an organization for the purposes of compliance/ record keeping?

If not, is this a roadmap feature?

Are these features in the platform today?

Yes released on 8/21 as per slides I have seen. Pro pack is an add on license (unless you have active or employee count flex) if you need compliance search beyond 90 days or events API to DLP software for deletion flagging etc. also beyond 90 days and flexible retention policies.

If you are an existing customer who isn't CI common identity you may need to look at CI linking which is a process best consulted with your Cisco team.
