Conference Now - Internal calls work, external calls failing

Hello,

We have recently setup Conference Now and are able to get internal conference calls working. However, external calls prompt us as normal to enter a meeting number, but we get an error stating "the meeting number you entered is invalid". The same meeting number we used to successfully setup an internal conference call.

We have already set "Duplex Streaming Enabled" to True. Everything else appears to be setup correctly. Any other tips or suggestions here?

Sounds like DTMF issues, review CUCM traces to find out what digits is CUCM receiving.
