Not able to take external number into the conference.
-Error message "conference unavailable "
-issue is faced by single phone
-phone model 6921

Hi,
I would suggest you to check the MRGL applied on the phone configuration page.
Check if any of the MRG in that particular MRGL has a conference bridge listed under it.
One other troubleshooting step which you can try is switching the device pool and the MRGL of a working phone to this phone and see if it works.

mrgl of all phones is same still issue persists. And if it was a mrgl issue then internal conference would work? (In my case it is working)
its little strange that i can take two external numbers into the conference but not one external and one internal
my ext. + internal ext 1 + internal ext 2 = working
my ext + mobile 1 + mobile 2 = working
my ext + internal ext 1 + mobile phone = not working

Would it be possible for you to attach a set of traces for the last 2 scenario.
1) my ext + mobile 1 + mobile 2 = working
2) my ext + internal ext 1 + mobile phone = not working
I can have a quick look at it.
Please do give me the following details.
calling number, called number conferenced number and the timestamp for the two calls.
