I have a Cisco 7841 phone that supports Spark. My phone connects via SIP to a phone service called Better Voice. The actual 7841 phone works great. I can make and receive calls no problem. I was told I could get the Cisco Spark app for my iphone and be able to make and receive calls with Better Voice just like I can do with my phone. I can't seem to figure out how to do this. I downloaded the Cisco Spark app upgraded to Spark Plus but I can't get the cisco spark app to dial out a regular phone number. It doesn't seem to be communicating with my phone.

Hey Chris,
You are halfway there. You have to have a Spark Calling license in order to register the device to the Spark cloud. This can only be ordered through a partner currently. There are trials available, but again through partners. The app by itself will only allow for SIP calls on the device itself.
