So, I just upgraded from 9.2 to 9.6 and my contact images and click to call on a contact are gone. This was working with the previous version. Softphone and deskphone control work just fine. I do notice that instead of my name and photo up top it has my email (I am assuming that's my URI name). I've completely uninstalled and re-installed (it didn't seem to blow away any connection settings) and it doesn't help. Any thoughts on what to try next?

Does 9.6 only work with certain versions of CUIM&P? Once I dropped back to 9.2(6) it worked just fine. We are running 9.1.1.31900-1
