Contact photo retrieval by Jabber from a server

Hi all I would like to deploy a server who stores employe's pictures in order to be retrieved by Jabber. I´m doing this just for a lab, does anyone have done this? I´m pretty lost looking for server software.  All this I understand should be done using UDS. Editing jabber-config,etc.

In the case of use EDI

I have tried to upload some pictures to exchange 2010 Active Directory Users by using Ad Photo Edit Free Edition adding resized picture to the atribute "thumbnailPhoto". I think I did it well because the picture has been saved. But i'm still not able to see the picture.

The following text shows the content of Jabber-config xml thay I'm currently using:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<config version="1.0"><Directory>

</Directory><Policies>

<Screen_Capture_Enabled>true

</Screen_Capture_Enabled><File_Transfer_Enabled>

true</File_Transfer_Enabled>

<EnableVideo>true

</EnableVideo><UserDefinedRemoteDestinations>

true</UserDefinedRemoteDestinations>

<EnableSIPURIDialling>true

</EnableSIPURIDialling><DirectoryURI>

mail</DirectoryURI>

</Policies><Options>

<AllowUserCustomTabs>true

</AllowUserCustomTabs></Options>

</config>
