CSF certificate deleted

Hello:

I have some users that they use Jabber as a softphone with certificate. With the certificate installed they don´t have any problem to use the computer for calls, and you can see the device certificate in the personal folder in the certificate repository. 

But sometimes some users have an error trying to use the option "use your computer for calls" because the certificate is not available, and then you can see that the device certificate have been deleted from the personal folder in the certificate repository.

What is going on? Why the certificate is sometimes deleted?

For clarification, there is no CSF certificate, CSF (and all other Jabber options) use the backend server certificates to secure communication.

There is no process from Jabber that would delete the certs, you might want to look into your OS or GPOs that might be doing that.
