Had a question about a newly deployed CUAC. When they park the call, it is disappearing from the console and the only way they can see which slots it's parked on is to go to the phone. Is that by design?

There was a defect in CUACS, namely CSCun40512 but it was impacting version 10. Can you check the conditions of the defect if it matches your deployment?

Thanks for the link. I'll have to ask that they leave a call parked and see if it bounces back to the GUI. Right now the CUACS was setup w/ 1 TSP and the call parks are *[1-5] on the pub and *[6-9] on the subscriber. The parked numbers are in the PT_Internal along w/ the DNs, but I can create a new CSS for them w/o any issues and have them test again.
