When using either CUCI Lync or Jabber on a windows desktop to control the deskphone we cannot use the decline button that pops up to decline a call. It works with internal calls, but not external for some reason. We have seen this behavior when controlling an 8945 or a 9951 phone. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can do to resolve?
