Can anyone help me to upgrade the CUCM version to 10.5(2) SU9 or later my current version is 10.5.21.16900-19

Go to the downloads area and it's there, they're all labeled with their SU number. It will show just as you have it on the thread title.

Also make sure to read the RNs for the target version.
