CUCM 12.5 assurance features

Hi There,

Is assurance/performance/monitoring build into 12.5 or is RTMT and Prime assurance still the tool to use ?

You would have to use RTMT and Prime. Is there any specific functions that you are searching for?

Though I saw a presentation some time back, where assurance was included in CUCM - more looking for a easier and better integrated tool for monitoring and troubleshooting

Haven't seen any improvement for this specific area in the 12.5 systems that I work with. The major improvement that did come with the 12.5 release is the ability to do upgrades of the entire cluster from one viewpoint. A sort of mini PCD, but with added functions as PCD doesn't yet understand the concept of database replication in the background for the inactive partition, that also came with the 12.5 upgrade. With these two the whole upgrade process can be done with less impact to the end user facing services.
