I am pretty new with Cisco CUCM. Obvious things for expirienced admins might be unknown for me.
We have CUCM already configured. Integrated with Microsoft AD. Everything syncs correctly. But if you try to search someone in Cisco Jabber window it searches only if you use ldap login or 1st name or 2nd name. We want to be able to also earch by title and department.
As far as i understand from reading other topics i need to use PredictiveSearchFilter in Jabber service profile to achive that. With ANR disabled.
Questions are:
1) How to disable ANR in CUCM?
2) How to spell PredictiveSearchFilter rule correctly?
Something like this? <PredictiveSearchFilter>mail,SAMAccountName,displayName,givenName,sn,title,department</PredictiveSearchFilter>
Users must be able to search by email, login, 1st name, 2nd name, title, department.
