Hello everyone,
I'm hoping you can help me with an issue that we encounter since the upgrade of our CUCM cluster (1 PUB and 1 SUB) in version 11.5(1)SU8.
Every day, we loose CUCM web access with the two nodes. The only way to bring back web access is to restart Cisco Tomcat Service in CLI.
The problem is that I'm not able to determine the reason of this failure. I've tried to retrieve log from Tomcat service with RTMT, but the issue seems not coming from this service (no explicit information).
Any advice to troubleshoot this issue ?

Did you check the disk size, any core dumps on the system?

Thanks for your reply.
We fixed the issue. The problem came from the configuration of the VM on the ESX. Vmotion was enable on the system, which cause core issue during migration of VM between hosts (vmotion is not supported on CUCM VM).

Vmotion is supported, but DRS is not. What you described is DRS, that uses vmotion to move the VM, but it’s not this that is not supported.
