We have a single CUPSsubcluster containing 2 nodes. Currently users homed to one node can IM and see presence status of users homed to the same node but not to the second node in our cluster. Our setup is shown below. Can anyone help resolve this issue?
Presence v 8.6.4.12900
Call Manager v .8.6.2
Jabber Windows client 9.1.3
Single subcluster with 2 nodes - high availbilty mode enabled.
thanks Simon

What is your communication type setup as? Use router-to-router.

Thanks for your suggestion.
I asume you mean system>cluster topolgy >settings >Routing Communication Type> set to router-to-router
Have change this setting and reset servers but issue still exists. When an IM is sent between users homed to a different node the folloing message is displayed "Message to xxxx could not be delivered. If I move one of the users so that both are homed to same server IM and Presence works fine.
No errors shown on system dash board or in system troubleshooter

Yes, did you restart the required services after the change?
You may need to dig into logs to see what is causing this.
