Hi
Is there any report in CUPS that can show the list of end users and the Jabber version. I know if I go to Diagnostics> Presence Viewer> search for an active user, I will see the jabber version for that specific user.
Mainly we need this because we have +2500 users using Jabber and we will like to standarized the Jabber version.
CUPS 9.x
Regards

Hi Carlos,
As of now only the end user report will show us that, or the way you're doing it.
Cheers!

Was this removed in Cisco IM and Presence? Now I have to actually click into the user to see the version level.

I was looking to do this with an SQL query, but after looking through the database tables, I am unable to find where the Jabber client version is stored. At this point I think it's not stored in the database at all, but only in RAM. I don't see how to pull this using AXL either.
