Applied MR3 and everything is fine except for warning snooty enterprise license manager.
Go under licenses on CWMS server and the manage button is grayed out and it says to correct issue With admin VM.
Under system page there are no problems reported on any of the VMs.
3 servers, non HA.
Rebooted system (entered mtce mode, exited and all 3 rebooted fine) and same license warning.
Any ideas?

Hey,
I had the same issue when I upgraded to the previous version.
Cisco TAC had to connect to the System and apply some patches directly in the operating system.
I would recommend to open a Cisco TAC case.
Best regards

Hi,
We've seen this happening in 1.5 MR3, but it should clear itself within 48 hours. After the upgrade, the manage licenses page will throw an error due to receiving an unknown status from ELM. This makes the ELM page inaccessible via the CWMS administration page, although it is still accessible directly.
By design, this can occur during upgrades or failover events, and administrators must wait for timed audit jobs to occur over 48 hours. After this time period, the error will disappear and the Manage Licenses button will be available again.

This is now documented in CSCum46358.
ELM is inaccessible after upgrade until sync period has passed

Hi all,
we are having similar issue after we were forced to do restore of the system from the backup files. It is CWMS is version - 2.0.1.407.B-AE.
The system has been up and running without any issues, we are just unable to upload the licenses, as shown below:
Any help/hints highly appreciated, thank you.
