Hi,
I have problems accessing personal conference and enter the meeting with the meeting code over the phone. I can enter the meeting code and then drops the call by pressing #.
It works if webex calls me back.
Version: 2.0.1.205.B-AE, 200 users deplyoment.

Have you followed the implementation guide fully and configured the SIP trunks correctly? Check that you have got the Re-Routing Calling Search Space set

Yes, i check it. Worked fine last week.

If it was previously working and has now stopped then i suggest you pull some logs of CUCM to see why the call is disconnecting, it may be due to a Codec miss-match.
