We're running CWMS 2.x and have LDAP integration.  The question has come up:  What happen's to the meetings of a host imported from LDAP that is deactivated in CWMS via LDAP action.  In other words, "What happens to Joe's CWMS  Meetings if he is fired and removed from LDAP?

Hi,

As you know when the user is deleted in LDAP it will be set to Inactive on CWMS after the next Directory Sync. At that point, the user cannot authenticate to CWMS any longer, and access to the meetings scheduled by this user is not possible. Hence, as an admin you wouldn't be able to delete/cancel those meetings.

If the system had these options checked when those meetings were scheduled:
- Allow participants to join meetings before host
- First participant to join will be the presenter

invitees to this meeting will be able to join those meetings and the first person to join will be able to present.
