CWMS 4.0 admin and meeting URL stop responding ?

Hi

We had fresh from scratch installation of CWMS 4.0 250 users on perm .using OVF (Cisco-Webex-meetings-server-4.0.1.19. D-AE) and then we update the system to MR3 on UCS server B200 M3 and ESXi 6.5 with latest firmware 4.0 and updated network drivers. No other VM's are in the same host only Admin and media  it has enough resources. System installed without any issue, but what happens that the admin and meeting URL can't be accessed and stop .responding We work with VM team to investigated the issue and found  all VM's machines are healthy and there are no errors we have to restart the VM's so we can access the admin and meeting URL. Also, we don't loss the network connectivity during the system is down I can still ping the VM's. this issue happens every 48 Hours some time 36 hours

 

TAC team have recommend the following  which we did :

 

1-install update MR3

2-disable the Backup.

3-change the host.

4-upgrade the UCS firmware.

5-Disable Hyper Threading .
