CWMS call-in drop after meeting-ID entered

Dear all,

we have webex 2.6.1.45.B-AE, call out working, but call-in drop after meeting-ID entered...DTMF working.

can be, because:You are using a trial version of Cisco WebEx Meetings Server that expires in 32 days. Purchase host licenses for your system to avoid limiting host access?

or anyone have any idea?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

This issue is caused by misconfiguration of CUCM integration with CWMS.

Make sure you check you SIP Trunks and SIP Route Pattern configuration on CUCM.

Make sure your SIP Route Pattern points to Application Point SIP trunk.

Make sure that the Partition configured in SIP Route Pattern belongs to a CSS that is configured in LoadBalancing SIP trunk under:

1. Rerouting Calling Search Space

2. Out-Of-Dialog Refer Calling Search Space

Also, reference this post to understand why SIP Route Pattern and Application Point SIP trunks are used: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/12879351/cucm-and-cwms-call-routing

Also, reference this official documentation guide: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/collaboration/CWMS/2_6/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide/Planning_Guide_chapter_0101.html

I hope this will help.

Hi Dejan,

thank you, rerouting CSS was the solution.
