CWMS call-me feature is not fully working

Hi guys

       I deployed a CWMS for my client. I found that the call-me function is only working when

1) Selecting "call-me at an internal number"

2) Adding prefix 9 to my phone number. ( Dial plan setting requires adding prefix 9 to make outgoing calls)

What should I do to use call-me with country code and no need to add prefix 9 to phone number?

I am Really appreciated for any comments. Thanks guys!! Cheers

I understand that you WebEx can make calls to internal extensions and you want to use the country code to make external calls.


You will have to handle the + in CUCM. Please check the following link.
