CWMS emails domain changed - error in WPT

Hello, after my customers has changed their email address.

Example:

From valentino@abc.com to valentino@xyz.com

They get this error message after login to webex productivity tools:

 "Change emails: Failure"

Why does it do that ?

(User can still use and schedule meetings)

Hi there

Is Single Sign-On configured ? You cannot change the full name or email address if your system is configured for single sign-on (SSO), LDAP authentication, or manual profiles.
