cwms installation stuck

Hey,

Trying to install cwms on a UCS 220. Have plenty of resources. After deploying the ova and starting the Host its stuck from the last few hours. Attached is a screenshot.

Hi Varadarajan,

What ESXi version do you have installed on the UCS server?

What is the version of vCenter that is managing that ESXi host?

What version of CWMS are you deploying?

Installed 2.0.1.2, ESXI 5.1 There is no Vcenter. Is it mandotory ? Will it not install without it ?

Hi VR,

vCenter is mandatory for CWMS deployment. It will not install without it. You cannot use just vSphere client and connect to the ESXi directly. You have to do it via vCenter.
