Hello,
our company has a daily morning meeting that everyone calls into a re-occurring meeting that is scheduled to start at 7:00 AM. A number of people are choosing to call into the meeting early to discuss other subjects before the official meeting starts. No one in this meeting starts the webex meeting from their PC, everyone just dials from their phones into WebEx and puts in the meeting ID. If they call in too early, they get the message "were sorry, your entry is not valid or your meeting has not started yet".
My first questions is, how many minutes is too early to dial into for CWMS to not put them into the meeting.
Second question, can this join meeting early minute be configurable to something like 15 minutes or more?
Thanks.
CWMS Version: 1.5.1.323.A

If Join before host is enabled for the system, participants will be able to join up to 15min before the meeting start time. At this time, this is not a configurable option in Cisco WebEx Meetings Server product.

Hello Dejan:
Re: "At this time, this is not a configurable option in Cisco WebEx Meetings Server product"
Is this still true of v2.8?
