CWMS - recording option in scheduler

In our organization, to record a WebEX Session requires all parties to declare their consent at the beginning of the session. With scheduled WebEX Meetings it is however possible, to automatically start the recording with the beginning of the meeting, which violates the rule. Unfortunately information about the session beeing recorded is only shown in a tiny section at the edge of the window.

How can we inhibit the use of this recording option in the conference scheduler (recording should be only allowed to be started by the moderator after asking all participants to consent)?

Can the API be used for theis?

The meetings won't be automatically recorded unless the scheduler of the meeting was using WebEx Site to schedule a meeting and intentionally selected: RECORD THIS MEETING check box.
