Dailed Number Analyzer

Hi Team,

I am trying to use the Multiple Analyzer Tool in DNA and for some reason it doesn't seem to work.

Here is what's happening;

1- CHanging the default fields in Section-1 of the DNATemplate sheet, but that doesn't change across in section 2. 

2- Entered all the details in the sheet manually and exported it as a .csv

3- Add the CSV file using the Upload/Download Input files option

Now selecting either "Do Anlysis" or "View File content" gives the same erroe message " HTTP Status 500 - The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request."

Hi msmalik，

From the information you gave, it is possible that there is a problem with CUCM tomcat, we recommend that you restart tomcat service.
If the problem is still not solved, please provide more log information.
