We have DCM 9902 and when i check the device status
need your help to resolving the issue that I am facing, when doing a device status check
it is showing error below
DVB S2 RF Input Lock Loss
This alarm is generated if the device is not able to lock the incoming RF signal.
I checked the signal and it was working fine, as well as installing an additional signal booster
in test machine it is showing 80%
