Desk Phone Video with Jabber

When i check the connection status in jabber ,here is what i see:

Deskphone Video:

status: Unavailable

Reason : MedianetNotRunning.

Please i really need help,i asked this question alot and didn't get any useful answer.

Note:  The media service interface 3-2-3-0-6357 is installed on the PC, and i  already read all the resterictions of applying deskphone video.

Hi Ahmed,

This looks like a known issue with Jabber. You should still be able to make desk phone video calls but the Connection Status window is showing the wrong status. If you have UAC enabled for that machine then you will hit this issue.

This will be fixed in an upcoming 9.2 MR. The CDET is CSCug49052.
