Deskpro integration

Dear all

 

I'd like help in this issue please i got cisco deskpro registered with Webex.

Some laptops can't share screen through webex application (Teams and meeting) and some other laptops give me Ultrasound is unavailable.

I tried to upgrade the voice and michrophone driver still same problem.

I also got macbook pro for the CEO and has the same problem.

For Mac check security permissions as mentioned here for Meetings but similar for Teams to access Microphone
