HI,
I am not able to login into jabber on desktop. It shows"username or password is not correct". I have created CSF account and associated user to the device as well. I do not use AD.
Please help.

Can you login to self care portal with the same user?
how do you discover the server? SRVs?

Yes I am able to login the same user from self care portal. Its cucm version 11.5
Please help.

Two other things to check:
In the EndUser account, is the "Home Cluster" checkbox checked?
If you are also using Presence/IMP, is the user assigned to a Presence server? That should happen automatically, but sometimes does not.

Can you post the log file from one of the clients that is not able to log in?

Hi there
Could you try deleting these Jabber folders and retry:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications
Still issue persists. pls create a problem report (start menu > Cisoc Jabber > Cisco Jabber Problem Report) and attach.
