Hello,
We have been looking at converting our SX10's and 20's to run on Spark. The main issue that is preventing us from doing this is that we need to call systems outside of Spark using standard SIP and there seems to be no way for us to add these into the directory on the system once joined to Spark. The only thing that we can have in the directory are our Spark users and other room systems on Spark.
Granted we know we can use the Spark App and find contacts on out iPhone. Also there is a was to save a call to favorites, but the only way to build those out is manually on the touch screen. We have 50 systems we want to move.
Any ideas?
Chris

Have you looked at the directory connector to sync your AD with Spark cloud? Would that not work?

Hi,
Yes I have but my understanding is that this will allow me to import and sync users into Spark. I don't think this will help with non user endpoints.

Why not create AD objects for those room systems may not be ideal but one option
Thanks
