Do we need LDAP Snyc for CUCM and Jabber

My organization is not allowed me to sync AD to CUCM or any UCS environment. We are planning to use CUCM (SNR/EM/MRA etc), CUC, CER, IMP(Jabber) and MRA phones. Is it possible to work all these features without AD Sync and only using CUCM local users. Please advise.

Simple answer, yes that’s possible. Although not very practical. Also SSO would be out of scope.
