hello all,
I have been having issues with Jabber for Android v11 clients working (via Expressway) over our wifi. Jabber for Android 10.6 works fine, but v11 does not work at all.
Is there any way for us to downgrade our Jabber clients to 10.6?
thankyou very much in advance.

Hi,
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283812787&softwareid=284006014&release=11.0%281%29&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
Click on 10.6 in the above URL. Try to use the APK file for installation, that may help

hi,
thankyou very much - that download worked.
For anyone that needs to do this, I needed to completely uninstall Jabber 11 via the Settings > Apps menu (just removing the shortcut won't work of course!), then Settings > Security > Unknown Sources.
Then download the APK file and go to Settings > Tools > Downloads & click on the Jabber APK file to install.
ps. pretty poor that Jabber v11 for Anrdoid has caused such as huge issue. All other platforms with v11 work fine.
