But I assume, you want to register a 3rd party SIP device on CUCM. If yes, you have to configure a 3rd party SIP device in CUCM.

I prefer SEP and then any dummy MAC because in most cases it's a telephone, but that's up to you.

Have you configured all the relevant parts in CUCM?
Just adding a device is not enough. You need an end user and then assign this user in the device. There are probably hundreds of similar posts about this topic, e.g.:

I cannot tell you, what you need to configure in the device. I don't know this manufacturar, I cannot know every type of phone in the world.
But probably you need the DN, user/pwd and outbound proxy.
You could also ask the webpages or documentation of the manufacturar for more info. This has nothing to do with Cisco in the first place.
